I had a really bad experience with customer service. I ordered a dress for $200 about a week and a half ago for a special occasion I’ve been gearing up for. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard back at all. There’s been no shipping or tracking info provided. They claim it takes five days to process and ship, but I’m way past that, still without my dress and no replies. I’ve even started a PayPal claim. It feels like they just took my cash and disappeared. I can’t help but feel like I’m the only one having this issue, especially since others seem to be getting good service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
